I don't think there's any real particularly good parts of this entire show if you strip out all the catharsis you experienced from the characters development... All the big scenes would miss those heavy emotional punches without all the previous efforts, it'll just be some guy looking like a Macguyver knowing exactly what to do at all times.

I like it in the roundabout way that it's also kind of a middle finger to the "critics" who think the fact Subaru doesn't just use RBD as a video game lives system is some kind of plot hole. Rui literally thinks that exact same way, that RBD is just some kind of "infinite lives cheat code," and even when given the chance to test-drive it and feel what it's like, she just straight up can't bring herself to believe it's anything more than that. She literally denies her own experience and thoughts to maintain the fantasy that RBD is something you'd actually want to have.

Oh, no , no no no no no, Rui ended up on the "Found Out" side of FAFO real quick, remember how Subaru was blacking out during the early episodes and killing shit? Inside Rui (IRui) was inside and taking control at that time to isolate and hollow newbaru out more and more. Notice how it stopped after a few deaths? My girl IRui broke fast. probably lasted 2 more deaths that I would have (that 2nd fall off the stairs would have been IT for me... nothing like being smashed to pieces and seeing myself from a detached eye to drain all motivation out of me), but she was DONE DONE after 4ish deaths, Still she was stuck inside Subaru's body (Think how Reid and Guttony share a body) and along for the ride as Newbaru chose to go back on the terror-coaster at least 17 more times. IRUI once off the coaster sees Subaru as the messenger of death and wants absolutely nothing to do with him, dying, the thought of dying, the real world, living, and anything that could come close to the feeling of death. MC (Memory Corridor) Rui didn't have that experience. So she still things its something novel, which I suppose it is, but in the same way having your toes peeled from your feet could be novel. But if you notice, after MCRui ate IRUI, she screams she doesn't want to die too. Rui is broken.

She didn't experience anything the first time, just took the memories. Think of it like how we speedran everything this episode This time though, she experienced death first hand through Newbaru (from the stairs all the way to Count 15 from last episode) and the deaths from Subaru's books
