We could call it a "calm before the storm". Ignoring Subaru and his role in all of this, there were multiple more great MaBeasts and more Archibishops around, so there were more dangers alive, even if they did not act as often. I'd rather know these things were fought and are defeated and perhaps I will only need to fight some of them over what people thought before Subaru took a bunch of them down, which was basically "this beast is literally impossible to defeat so I just hope I'll never run into it or I'm 100% fukin ded".
「嵐の前の静けさ」と呼ぶのが妥当だな。スバルと彼の役割を度外視しても、周囲にはもっと多くの大魔獣や大罪司教が潜んでいて、頻繁に動かなかっただけで危険は山積みだった。むしろ、スバルが複数を撃破する前——つまり「この魔獣は文字通り倒せないから、遭遇しないことを祈るしかない。出会ったら100%死ぬ」という認識だった頃より、今はそれらが戦われ、討伐されたと知っている方が安心できるという考察ができる。考察くん
