There are people who know better than I do like AniNews or ABD (watch out for spoilers). But a primordial that hasn’t incarcerated is usually weaker than a demon lord but still a significant matter to deal with, a demon peer which is what they evolved by just receiving a body I think increases their power from what they had in the demon realm, the as established giving a monster/demon a name gives them a power up and in most cases can trigger evolution. Obvious Guy has taken a step farther since he’s the strongest demon lord. Diablo and the rest probably sit with in the same power tier as the majority of demon lords.

Primordials are stupidly powerful. But they are equally as Prideful. While Guy is pretty much 2nd only to True Dragons. The other Primordials, without incarnation or their names, would be just below True Demon Lords. With Incarnation and name they should be around the level of a True Demon Lord. With Diablo and Testa being on the stronger side. So while they are extremely powerful, there are beings that can beat them. Even if they themselves would never admit it.

It really depends on the demon lord. Rimuru, Luminus, and Leon are all stronger than the demoness trio even now. Dino might have trouble, partly because angels are weak against demons, but maybe not. Milim is obviously above them. Dagruel is also stronger than them since he is close to True Dragon levels of strength. Ramiris in her adult form would probably be above them, though she is not as much of a combat type. The main advantage they have over most demon lords is their immortality. Given there is no indication of the demoness trio having unique skills, they might even be inferior to someone on Hinata's level and Granville would probably be able to handle them. Generally speaking, anyone with an ultimate skill would be above them.

There are only 7 primordial, the colors. Primordial are the top, with naming and incarnation being the only way to evolve further. Everything else can only evolve to that previous top. So the primordial are always the pinnacle. So Rimuru has 4 of the 7 strongest demons serving him. With one being able to go toe to toe with Guy and one being labeled as the proudest, so clearly she's just below Guy and Diablo.

Nah, Cid is an extremely rare mix of absurd levels of focused and single-minded training (to the point that he is literally stupid about things he didn't give the same level of attention to) plus his otherworldly, impossibly perfect, luck. I think luck is Cid's true power. Because of that luck, he can be ignorant of tons of stuff, make stupid decisions, get lost, and even get reincarnated into a world that makes his pursuit of ultimate power possible. It all just works out in his favor in spite of Cid. He actually is powerful and insanely skilled and nearly perfectly trained, so that part is all him, but his luck covers for everything else so that it doesn't matter that he's an ignorant, stupid, little screw up in so many other things - his luck bridges that gap without him even realizing it.

Anime Only, but- the vibe that I got was moreso that the power Cid has is one of two ways: 1: THE God who created the multiverse (I think that was a revealed thing to exist?) is trying to create a champion and went with the single most insane person they could because nobody rational would ever take on the opponents That said God needed them to take on... And I cannot tell if Cid is technically going beyond expectations or not... Said deity could be feeding his imagination with genuine information, gaslighting him into thinking he just came up with it on the spot, and circumstances kind of align perfectly Because of intervention and subtle influencing. The issue with the above, is that it sort of takes away from Cid's Agency-- though it has an angle of "How much was this Actually going to plan, and how much of this is actually going beyond what the theoretical divine intervention invented?" that can make for subversion of the "Faithful path" laid out- annd you know Cid would absolutely reject this kinda thing and do his own thing, he is the one who trained his ass off and became strong, Not the god feeding him power yada yada. 2: The World itself is subjective for one reason or another- whether it is exclusively to Cid or something else, the world itself bewlieves Cid and manifests what he proclaims aloud as truth- even if it means reshaping history. The latter is less likely because of the annoying level of sense that the children who became Cid's core people(like Alpha and others he cured) would make if it always was "Cult of Diablos" bs, but struggle to make sense without that.

That definitely makes some sense, but the one thing that I think disproves it is Aurora. She's nearly as strong as Cid is, and even might have been able to pull off an Atomic if she was in a body strong enough to handle the magic rather than Cid's sister's body. If there was a god feeding Cid everything, it wouldn't make sense that somebody who is on his level would exist - especially because she's not an enemy. She was just some kid who had a lot of magical power that got captured, abused, studied, and experimented on so that a very advanced society could turn her into a weapon. It just seems more like this is a case of Cid being an anomaly - somebody who shouldn't exist if some god was at the helm manipulating everything. Because if that god was so all-knowing as to be able to know exactly which person in all the parallel universes needed to be picked and kept feeding him info and making things go his way - why wouldn't that same god have used those powers to prevent the calamitous evil from ever existing?
