It's a little funny how concerned I am for Tenma, I don't want him getting injured from this. I am also wondering if he's going to decide to pick up golf after this lol. At least Eiji is conscientious enough to make sure Nouren is safe before his battle.  Juuzou cringing at his own fake story was amusing, he has to make himself look bad lol.  Does Juuzou have to knock himself out to clear up the hypnosis? I wonder if Kazuma getting knocked will have an effect or not.

Noren's gonna fall in love with the first person she sees when she wakes up? Lookin' like two likely options at this point. Either become the bride of Frankenstein, or Oogami's gonna officially become her sugar daddy. Neither option all that great. Unless maybe Noren falls in love with the young version of Oogami, and then he ends up reverted back to his old age like he did in the movies, in front of her and that breaks the hypnosis?

I knew Juzo was good, but shooting bullets out the air is some next level shit. Even getting handicapped like that by Kazuma’s hypnosis barely made a difference. Dude guesstimated the trajectory of those shots and launched Kazuma right into his fist with the blowback from that explosion. Literally some superhuman level shit. Our boy is built different lol. That’s one brother down. One more golf club wielding maniac to go. Tenma’s holding his own for now but the guy might need some backup ASAP.

Juuzo making himself look like a scumbag and pretending to be his own secret love child was hilarious! What's even funnier is that Kazuma actually believed in him so much that he ended up giving away a little bit about his and his brother's backstory. 😆 [Kazuma using a Chisato disguise and giving us Evil Chisato was funny too! I love that the comedy of using someone who looks like a thug as a hostage is not lost on Juuzo. The feats we've seen Juuzo pull off have been insane, like that time he used a handgun to plant a tracker on Noren's kidnappers from like a mile away. This episode takes it to an even crazier degree with him shooting upwards and approximately knowing where the bullet will land . The fact that he did all of that after setting a trap so he can punch Kazuma without moving an inch was so goddamn cool. I love this series so much!

I think that's the first time I've heard Atsumi Tanezaki sound "evil," although then I couldn't stop focusing on the fact that Kazuma is in drag. I'm sure thug-looking man was a totally innocent, pleasant, bystander in all this.

I am starting to see a trend here, the "enemy of the week" that Ogami faces are not truly despicable and evil in the foulest sense. First we got Shin, who is pretty much a gag character that is now not only the comedy relief but also a fellow club mate that is truly in love with Noren, for his mother complex at the very least. Then, we got Tenma, who started off as a douche, but then we got to find out that he is just clueless of everything outside of sports. Even though he is not an assassin but is just a civilian, he is putting himself on the line to help his new friends in their time of need right now. Now we've got the Rindou brothers and they clearly have somewhat of a sad backstory behind their career path, especially Eiji, with his current inability so speak and Frankenstein appearance in comparison to his lively previous self. Kazuma is also not a complete P.O.S. since he could have easily hypnotized Ogami to just end his own life, rather than going about it in such a roundabout manner by ordering Ogami to not hurt him and his brother. Unless his hypnotism has severe restrictions in place, which would also make sense I guess, it does not seem that he is that vile when compared to characters with similar abilities in other works of fiction. I also think that Eiji in particular, has a very high chance of ending up in a similar fate as Shin by enrolling in the same school as the cast to continue his passion for sports. It would be funny if the first thing Noren wakes up to in the next episode is not a person, but rather an inanimate being like a bowl of ramen or something, which essentially makes the entire romance premise status quo. I certainly would not want Noren to fall in love with Ogami as a result of hypnotism, but I think Kazuma would probably cancel it. Either that or Noren just snaps out of it from physical trauma like the other hypnotized characters in this episode.

It's Ogami vs Kazuma Rindou! A legendary hit-man in the body of a middle-schooler versus a trained teen assassin! And also here's a security guard investigating things, as if this wasn't complicated enough. Juzo Ogami isn't THE Juzo Ogami! He's the love child of that philandering, deadbeat, scumbag out to avenge himself against his father! Yeah, let's go with that! It actually makes Kazama empathetic and understanding towards him. What happened to the Rindou brothers? Eiji, a basketball hopeful, Kazuma a lover of magic...and next thing you know Eiji is a patchwork zombie man and Kazuma is his hypnotizing assassin partner. That's a BIG jump. I guess you have to give Kazuma credit for planning ahead, what with having an entire army of hypnotized civilian thralls he could throw at the one hitman who can't bring himself to harm civilians. Tenma by all rights should run away from his life-or-death battle...but he's a true athlete aiming to be an absolute three-tier superman, so if that means a chance at evolving even more through a true fight against someone trying to kill him, he'll do it. And bring soccer balls to a deadly explosive golf game. I know it's in Eiji's interest to keep Noren alive, but it was still nice of him to get her out of the way of the fight and put something on to keep her warm while she dreams of stopping dine-and-dashers. Oh snap, even the first responders are hypnotized! But that actually pays off because Ogami can use a fire hose to blast all the civilians! Too bad he got caught with Kazuma in a Chisato disguise. It fooled me too! Is Ogami hypnotized to the point where he can't intentionally harm Kazuma? Yes. Is he willing to risk the most thug-looking man of all time? No. But he CAN shoot into the air and use a falling bullet to set off an explosive he had stashed behind Kazuma SO HE CAN FLY RIGHT INTO OGAMI'S FIST. This is why he's the legendary Hitman. Ogami defeated Kazuma, but Kazuma has already hypnotized Noren...meaning she'll fall in love with whoever she lays eyes on when she wakes up. Meaning it comes down to Tenma vs Eiji as the explosions seem to be finally waking her up.
