The Shin v Noren ramen showdown was pretty hilarious. How is it that Noren was talkin all that shit and then makes that giant monstrosity? And Shin’s noodles were like freakin bricks! What a bunch of silly goobers lol. In a battle of Japan vs China...Japan won, but only the Japan with actual domestic cooking skills lol. Though honestly it's such a middle-schooler thing to think that you could throw everything into a single bowl of ramen and that would make it the "ultimate ramen" and not a cursed suicidal chimera. But it was worth it for Villainess Noren. Looking forward to learning more about this mysterious new girl with the napping powers. Also seems like she might have a crush on Ogami after he saved her. Does her other self have the same feelings?

Welp, that Hitman didn't go as well as Juuzo was hoping, considering Shin has a history with the Rindou Brothers. It should be fine, tho. As long as they're not causing trouble at school, I don't think Juuzo has any issues with them. If anything, they're all useful allies for him in the future. Glad to see Tama-chan is finally getting some focus. She's definitely my favourite Home Ec. Club member. It's hilarious how she wants to become huge just so people would stop treating her like a kid. I think Juuzo's method of introducing Tama-chan to Mama Nagisa to show her the other side and why she should be happy with herself was great! It helped boost Tama-chan's confidence, but it looks like she's still gonna continue working out. 😆 Noren getting cocky about the ramen contest was hilarious! She even gets into a fight with Shin on who can make the best ramen , only for the two of them to lose to Chisato and Nishimura. As a manga reader, it took me a while to remember who this new girl was. As soon as she said that she wants the "other one" to take over it finally clicked. With only one episode left, I am shocked they're introducing her this late. We might get a Season 2 announcement next week if they're doing what I think they're doing.

I honestly wonder if there was more to that target Shin lost to the Rindou Brothers. It almost sounded like that "special" target was personal for him. Ah, the consequences of being a loli...I love how her takeaway from all this is she can be cute and still workout like a maniac! Mabe she'll get arms as big as Mama's! Smug and ojousama laughing Noren was priceless. Especially when she lost at ramen lol. We've got Ikumi Hasegawa as a transforming shy/gyaru girl who could possibly be a "love rival" to Noren for Ogami? Can this get any better!?

What a great way to start my Saturday, I was laughing from start to finish. Poor Ogami was way too optimistic about the Hitman Summit, just for things to get worse with Shin going full stalker mode. 8 bowls of ramen and room for more is impressive, I respect Noren’s dedication even though it ended up failing miserably with that monster she made. Didn’t expect the girl Ogami saved to come back to judge the challenge but with the way things have gone so far can I really be surprised?

You know you're in an anime when multiple eccentric characters start transferring in! Welcome Eiji Rindou to Ogami's class! And for Takada it's basically love at first sight because, strange Frankenstein-monster zombie that he is, he's totally her type! There's someone for everybody! Obviously Ogami can't have all these middle-school assassins in school with him (even if Kazuma is in Chisato's class) so he has to hold a Hitman Summit to at least TRY to get them to act normal and not cause a fuss. Luckily they have no intention of killing someone in school, but that doesn't mean Shin and Kazuma don't have a rivalry against each other that might blow up into something big. Sorry Ogami, if you can't keep Noren safe 24/7 then Shin will stalk her himself in order to keep her protected! Whether she wants it or not (and she does NOT)! Mei Tamada (Minami Tanaka!) is the cute loli of the Home Ec Club and the school...but while she IS short and cute, she's tired of people treating her as that's all she is and ever will be, complete with multiple headpats. She's a second year middle schooler, not a cute furry animal! The only way she'll get taken seriously is if she gets ripped and swole! And still do cute home ec stuff to boot! Well, Tenma is as blunt as ever, but I kind of wonder what he would have told her had Mei not ran off in the middle of his speech? Nice of Ogami to bring Mei to Mama's bar. Yeah, Mama is big, strong, and intimidating...but she's always wished she could have a cute female body like Mei's. So take pride in what you got, Mei! Just like Mama will use her strength to protect her patrons from rowdy drunks! And you can still workout and try to get swole too! It's a ramen challenge and Noren is as smug and confident of her victory! No one can defeat her when it comes to ramen! But Shin is confident too! It's Japan vs China in a battle over the best ramen, with Ogami/Yamaoka dragged along with it. Fat Ogami! But when there's a girl in danger of getting Isekai'd by Truck-kun, he slims down Sakamoto-style to protect her! Aaaand then he goes on to puke out all that ramen Noren forced him to eat! And as luck would have it, that girl voiced by Ikumi Hasegawa is the surprise judge of the ramen challenge! Too bad for Shin that the ramen he made was too difficult to eat and Noren threw EVERY kind of ramen together in one chimera that simply wants to get put out of its misery. So both get disqualified and Chisato wins and all is right with the world! But what of this girl? Who was looking for Ogami...and goes to "sleep" so another version of her can show up. One that's tanned, taller, and looks decidedly more playful. Did she just transform into a gyaru!?

Pretty funny episode today! The 1st ever hit man summit went exactly how I expected it to, lol. Swole Tamada is such a blursed image but I relate hardcore to her feelings about not being taken serious because she's short! Is it bad that I low key ship Noren and Shin anyways? The trash talk between them before the ramen contest was funny af. Shin, how can anyone eat those big ass noodles 😆 And Noren is a certified swamp monster who mixes everything together. New character introduced this late in the season is a choice. Would not he surprised if she's also an assassin.

Finally, Kazuma and Eiji joins the school. Reika's type being Eiji threw me off.. she's really into Frakenstein I guess LOL Tamada-chan is cute just the way she is 🫶✨ The way she pointed out that her face was near Tendou's crotch and there was enough space for a bridge for her to pass under Jabami made me laugh so hard. Jabami gave her the confidence that she needed. The way she grabbed that drunkard's face for misbehaving with Tamada.. terrifying! Shin challenging Noren to a Ramen duel seemed silly. China vs Japan.. here we go ! Both of them overdid it and lost the challenge. The mysterious girl that Juzo saved ends up being their judge for the Ramen duel and she goes on to sleep and turn into a different girl..that was so crazy.

That looks like Frankenstein's Monster? Ok... That's a lot of company... So, now he's going to be following her... Weird indeed. Lol all the headpats for Mei. She's been too small to see lol. Advice? Ok... His aunt's shop? Ok... Ah right there. Lol his classmates' reaction to that. And so, ramen. Lol. Huh. Who's that? And so he saved her. So, she's here too. Oh that thing with the most complicated character. Ok... What's happening? And so into the finale.

'Mama' was too violent and trigger happy because of a chip on their shoulder. Is it insecurity and crazy people projection to make themselves feel better at other people's expense? He wasn't uncouth, just lacked fancy boundaries. All the drunk guy did was pet the kid like parental instincts and ask a question any concerned grownup would: What is a child doing in a bar at night? We're not in prison where coughing wrong is disrespect. That scene was too forced and I feel pity for the drunks.
