So if he supports from home or from the office doesn't make much difference. Of course, I don't really expect them to go this route, because being present is kind of necessary for the story and interactions to work, but in RL, that should be an option.

You are just assuming things here. Nothing what you say is even hinted at in the show. Hibiki lives in a big city so the idea that he has worse internet than the company is already very fragile. In fact, he would work from a shrine, so a place with less traffic than their office. Which just to remind you is part of a normal building complex. So it's even more likely that they experience outage more often than he does. And yes, they would need internet as well because they need to send their magic to the girls. All of this is completely irrelevant though, because as I said, this pure speculation and there is NO hint that Hibiki has a worse connection in his place.

Neat team up of our newest girls plus Igni solving the problem after Hibiki did some quick coding to enable it. I'm going to trust they didn't permanently take out Igni and it'll be able to recharge somehow. Hibiki and Sakae are a cute side characters couple, they've never told us they're officially boyfriend and girlfriend but the way Sakae told him to go out into the world and then come back to her feels at least unofficially confirmed.

The main villain of this incident, SHO MANAO, really doesn't seem all that perturbed by the havoc he's wreaking or the people he's hurting...in fact he's just bothered that Nikoyama is wasting his talents with Shigemoto. He's like a total tech bro. With their magic depleted and no convenient way of recharging through normal means...they'll have to use Igni. Even if it's dangerous to do it with anyone but Sakae, it's their only option. Believe in the engineer that Nikoyama believes in, Hibiki! Honestly a part of me wanted to see how much Koshigaya would've thrown herself at that barrier if they hadn't stopped her. Hibiki bows his head to Magilumiere and they bow their head to him in turn...because this isn't a time for apologies or deference, it's a time to work together! Especially when Akane and Iroha are about to lose their transformations! It's not easy recharging with Igni, but Akane is willing to keep Catherine distracted even in casual clothes (RIP shoes) and getting hit with acid so long as Iroha can have enough time! And then they both transform together, now with flaming accessories! Is there anything more cool than two professional Magical Girls, super-charged and going all out in the most competent and efficient manner possible? How about Igni putting his all to finish this fight? I love how Sakae wakes up and immediately teases Hibiki as is her natural state. Which is more positive than the fact that Igni used up all his energy and it's going to be difficult to bring him back...but Hibiki can't run from the opportunities he craves, or how he wants to work at Magilumiere. Sakae cares about him too to let that happen. And I think she's looking forward to the more grown-up Hibiki too! This was a man-made incident, and the person who knows everything about the man who caused it is none other than Shigemoto. Even if explanations will have to wait till next episode.

Niko boy won Hibiki over. The music by Makoto Miyazaki is a boon for this anime since it elevates the fights and gets you emotional. Igni, the GOAT ! Sakae knows that Hibiki finally found the place where he belongs and it also looks obvious that she knew that Hibiki likes her. I really want to see a confession from Hibiki before he leaves with Magilumiere team. I wonder for whom Shou works for. I believe Shigemoto met with him before he comes to meet his team.
