I like all the attacks, but I hope this isn't just a flashy scene for usopp "just because" The power scaling for one piece has gotten so out of hand. Bro literally out of nowhere just grabs a nuke from his pocket. Now its going to be expected he can just tussle with the likes of garp otherwise whats even the point?

I think the animators might have exaggerated Usopp's attack because it’s Elbaf and they’re hyping this up as "his" arc. They likely also wanted to deliver a high-quality sakuga scene, especially since Usopp rarely gets feats with that level of animation.
