I think this is actually a very good answer. It's specifically depends on when she pops up, because after a certain point, the situation is absolutely too far gone. If she appeared before Nazarick, then she absolutely can get it done, because Priscilla would not hesitate to give the order to purge all useless nobles and essentially do what Jircniv did, which would be to reroute all of that leftover property and finance to the state and use it to fund beneficial programs to aid the country itself. She has the brains, the luck, the actual combat ability, and willingness to do it all. And I agree that Renner would not fool her.

That is a bold statement. Priscilla is arguably the hardest human they could pilot or even make to listen. She can break but will not bend type of person, while she is smart and keen with instict she also stubborn and free spirit, a hard to control person. Albedo maybe can get along with her as they are with the same manner but Demiurge is too evil she will not tolerate.
