I like Shalltear, she’s one of the few NPCs who actually grows as a character. She goes from a carefree, hedonistic pervert who relies too much on her strength, since she prides herself as the strongest Guardian, to a depressed, humble girl who’s overly cautious about every little detail (still a pervert though)

Yeah shalltear grows the most as a character. Love seeing her actively try and get better. I wonder is her excessive hedonism actually played a part of why she's seemingly more capable of growing beyond her programing or at least faster than the other npcs. Being so open to new things would be a interesting reason, perhaps the other npcs being too hyper specialized in what they do hinders their growth because they end up tunnel visioning? Who knows, im probably talking out of my ass, point is the shalltear glaze will never stop lol

Fav is Chadcytus, but many characters are in close second, the vibes are just impecable. Least liked is Eclair, the penguin butler, I always disliked gag characters, and he is just ridiculous. He gets a pass though because he has the canonical explanation of being created as a walking joke by a real person, and that is cool.

my favor ship from overlord: CZ2128 & pandora actor It from OVA Overlord Ple Ple Pleiades where pandora being transform into cat and Cz had to take care of him (she doesnt know the cat is pandora actor). They so cute together

Most liked for me is Sebas. I know he's a sort of Dragonoid in a butler's costume, but he has a high karma given by his creator Touch Me. My most disliked...call me basic...but i personally don't like Demiurge. Just after knowing the truth after his farms....

I'm neutral about all of the NPCs. Like I can't bring myself to hate any of them since they are not responsible for their personalities in the first place. But I absolutely loathe Momonga with every cell in my body. I would pay to see PDL nuke his ass. Anyways my favourites from Nazarick are Pandora, Pestonya and Yuri because they're fun/chill. Maybe Clavu too since he was created by Blue planet and likely shares his world views but we haven't seen much of that guy.

Sebas, Yuri, Pestonya, Shizu, really all the ones that are somewhat normal and not comically villainous are my favorites. Sebas and Tuare meeting is a really charming and endearing scene and I wish there was more of that. Ainz is probably my least favorite ngl. He's a complete doormat who never really grows a spine, ironic considering he's a skeleton. It's one thing to be evil like demiurge, but it's another entirely to find stuff like demiurge's actions excessive and yet just choose to look the other way and not think about. I just wanna see his teeth kicked in for once please maruyama

Demiurge is awesome. The romanticized idea of a intentionally moustache twirling villain is great. Considering the guild used to roleplay as villains, he is the most "Nazarick/Ains Ooal Gown [Guild]" - npc of all of them. Also his design and powers are really cool :] Other than that he is really [mostly unintentionally] funny

I don't know, man. As much as I like the villain most of the time, but Demiurge became increasingly irritating over time, especially as I learned more about him.
