There was a theory about how world looks like a giant log pose. Time isnt right could be related to that. Maybe it doesnt point the final island yet. World being an artificial ship is also a long lost theory. So maybe red line exist to hold the log pose pointer so that reverse mountain doesnt point the final island or planet. Thus we will destroy redline to set the course. Not sure how nika fruit and drums of liberation will play the role though.
Btw i just thought why calm belts exist. Joyboy wanted everyone to reach it easily by making a straight line. Or perhaps it spins once redline is destroyed.

That would make the calm belt the actual All Blue since all the world would be connected through a big current that makes all populations and living beings coexist at reach with each other.
Adds some flavour to the theory of the grand line destroyed, really cool concept!

Yeah, and Brook will see again Laboon (it’s right down there), Nami will finally get the full map of the worlds (the ancient and the new ones), Fishman island will see sunlight again, every race and people could join the same place for the final party. Everything fit well!

I am on dressrosa rn so this is to best of my knowledge till now , the first two lines till entry were too big but reduced thickness later, for punk hazard I randomly took a nearby point to punk hazard

It's a good theory. However, if destroying Lulusia caused the water levels to rise, wouldn't destroying Reverse Mountain cause the same? Even if you remove a big chunk of the Grand Line and let water flow in there, where is the big chunk going? If it's in the water, then it's like nothing changed. I wonder if instead, the One Piece causes the water to go up to become sky seas or sky islands. Maybe Imu has been siphoning off the upper seas to the lower sea to make it rise? Maybe the knock up stream (which is apparently predictable) is what re-fuels the upper seas but isn't working well thanks to Imu? (might have been a constant stream/road).

Or Maybe there's a huge vortex under the mountain (and that's why water goes bottom-up). When they'll destroy the mountain a lot of water will go down there, Mary Geoise will be destroyed and a lot of submerged ancient territories will arise again: ancient kingdom, fishmen island... I am absolutely confident that the red line holds the world serpent. Dory and Broggy reference a "giant serpent drenched in blood" at little garden already, that they consider as the only thing they can't defeat.
