I would start out with studying proportions. Look up some tutorials on youtube(or i can give you a few that may help). Its good that you want to improve. The main issue i see is just that the facial proportions are off. But you are improving!
まずはプロポーションの勉強から始めるといいよ。YouTubeでチュートリアルを探すか（役に立つかもしれないのをいくつか教えてもいい）。上達したいって気持ちは素晴らしい。主な問題は顔のプロポーションが狂ってるってことだ。でも確実に良くなってる！+1

Chommang on YouTube was an amazing help for me.

Huge improvement! Keep working at it and give us another update in a year! Art like anything else is all about just continued practice. Everybody starts at step one and you just gotta put the time in to get where you want to be.
I'm not an artist myself so I don't have any detailed advice I can give you but I think focusing on shadows and proportions this next year will definitely improve your work. Those seem to be the most obvious weak points to me. Once you get those areas more fine tuned it's going to really come together nicely I think.

the shape of his hat made it different and the refrence image didn't had eyes so it became even worse

Its great progress, i'd work on getting your straight lines down.
Another good way to make sure your proportions are to your liking tho is very light chicken scratching (like barely visible) and keep erasing until you get the right shape and follow over it with a darker line :)
Your shading is great for where you are, but i'd recommend avoiding smudging (unless u really like it, smudge art can be INCREDIBLE) i would learn hatching and layering. The filling it in with full pencil is great for starting art and its good for all art but make sure your pencil strokes are all in the same direction so it looks like one uniform shadow :)

あと、プロポーションを自分の好みに合わせる良い方法は、超軽くガシガシ描く（ほとんど見えないくらいに）ことだよ。形が合うまで消して、その上から濃い線でなぞる感じ。

smudging artiest are so talented but for me smudges are my celestial dragons of my existents lol so thats how people are able to erase better?! i always wondered how people can just erase lines its because they draw super lightly?
also layering is somthing i do need to learn yes! thanks for the feedback

Smudge artist are more talented then some of the best painters imo
And if smudging is hard for you watch some videos about cross hatching shading and tweak it how you want, you can also do line shading (like how in anime instead of filling it out or cross hatching its just lines that either go up and down or side 2 side) good shading can make something having more depth then you could ever think
And yes people use chicken scratching to erase easier as it can help you get a good foundation, you can also just do sketches lightly and make sure u have a good eraser.
Something my cousin did, someone who's so advanced in art he is teaching his own college art professor techniques, is that studying human anatomy is super important at times.
Get a book that explains the muscles and human body and try to draw it in different way, itll help you establish ehat is or isnt possible for th human body which can really help sell some art styles on both sides of that spectrum.

Good, keep practicing, OP, and don't forget to use references while drawing. Remember, you're working hard to improve and not using AI, and that's something you should already be proud of.
