ゾロがサンジを名前で呼ばないというのはワンピースファンの間で有名なネタで、特に原作マンガでは一度もないと言われているんだ。

also i’ve seen some saying sanji never call zoro by his name either but so far he has always called him by his name.( I’m a brand new fan)
maybe later in the series they don’t and long timefans have forgotten?.

The anime does it a few times earlier in the series. In the manga I don’t think Zoro has referred to Sanji by his name a single time. Sanji has called him Zoro a handful of times but usually defaults to mosshead.
アニメではシリーズ序盤で何度かあるけど、漫画だとゾロがサンジの名前で呼んだこと一度もないと思うわ。サンジの方は数回「ゾロ」って呼んでるけど、基本「クサ頭」やな。

You have to understand that the last time Zoro called a deeply respected friend and perceived rival by name they pretty much immediately fell down the stairs and died.
