Can anyone suggest me LN/WN similar to mushoku tensei? Not only in terms of world building but mc behaviour too… I enjoyed MT because unlike other protagonists, he wasn’t mr perfect, he had his flaws, limitations and even though he was overpowered, the author didn’t make him glazed much other than some sentences.. it felt natural and much realistic. I do love good story building but i hate a mc who acts like he has everything figured out or has too much uncessary plot armour, i don’t mind him

Maybe check out the author’s friend’s work? You might have heard of it, it’s called “Re:Zero” and pretty much has a protagonist you’re looking for.

My go to after mushoku tensei was re:zero. Both are goated isekai with plenty of growth and character progression that feels real and not rushed or plot armor.
無職転生の次にハマったのはRe:ゼロ。どちらも神異世界転生で、成長やキャラの変化がリアルで、ご都合主義じゃないところがいい。

The worldbuilding there is actually bigger and more detailed than in MT, there are a lot of similarities like well written relations between characters but it is different in many aspects too, it is a transmigration novel where the MC is not Isekai in a new body but share consciousness with the original owner, and there are three different characters MC influences.
